Purpose and principle of operation
Sump-grease separator TehFat-100-N-M is designed to capture and remove non-emulsified fats, oils and suspended solids from wastewater. The runoff is directed through the sewer network to the grease trap, where it is freed from the bulk of non-emulsified fats and oils. The sludge is periodically removed and disposed of. The sump is equipped with a scraper mechanism to remove grease. Climatic modification: UHL-4 in accordance with GOST
