Chelny-Broiler is an innovative poultry complex, one of the largest producers of chicken meat in Russia, a leader in the Volga region. It annually produces more than 120 tons of meat in live weight and sells more than 95,000 tons of finished products.
1. Object: a poultry meat processing complex with a waste volume of 120 m3 / hour.
Task: purification of waste water from the meat processing complex to the standards of the city collector.
Results of cooperation: in the process of calculation, a complex of physicochemical treatment equipment with a capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour (daily productivity of 2500 m3 / day) and a sludge dewatering complex based on a dehydrator were selected and shipped to the facility.

- integrated treatment facilities for industrial wastewater with a capacity of 120 m3 / h;

2. Object: slaughterhouse of a meat-processing complex.
Objective: sludge dewatering in the slaughterhouse with a capacity of 5 m3 / h and 350 kg of dry matter.
