PJSC "Transneft"

An object: PJSC Transneft is a Russian state-controlled oil pipeline company. Provides services in the field of transportation of oil and oil products through the system of trunk pipelines in the Russian Federation and beyond

Objectives: treatment of industrial and rainwater, supply of equipment for the recycling water supply system for washing turbines; treatment of domestic waste water, supply of equipment for a line for dehydration of a mixture of petroleum products; pumping of waste water by means of sewerage pumping stations, supply of equipment for a line for purification of TMS solution.

Results of cooperation: we signed a long-term cooperation agreement with OJSC “AK” Transneft “for the supply of modular complexes, treatment facilities located in a heated room, sewage pumping stations and biological wastewater treatment plants and successfully solved the tasks.

Equipment used:

LPDS “Krasny Bor”:

• industrial and rainwater treatment plant with a capacity of 40 m3 / h;
• recycling water supply system for washing turbines with a capacity of 10 m3 / h;
• sewage treatment plants of domestic waste water with a capacity of 25 m3 / day.

• industrial rainwater treatment plant with a capacity of 20 m3 / h;
• sewage pumping station with a capacity of 20 m3 / h.

OPS “Nab Chelny”:

• storm water treatment facilities with a capacity of 15 m3 / h;
• sewage pumping station with a capacity of 15 m3 / h.

LPDS “Perm”:

• industrial and rainwater treatment plant with a capacity of 50 m3 / h;
• sewage pumping station with a capacity of 50 m3 / h.

Oil pumping station “Kaleykino”:

• storm sewage treatment facilities with a capacity of 75 m3 / h;
• sewage pumping stations with a capacity of 75 m3 / h (3 pcs)

LPDS “Lysva”:

• treatment facilities for domestic wastewater with a capacity of 200 m3 / day;
• sewage pumping station with a capacity of 10 m3 / h.

NPS “Arlet”:

• sewage treatment plants for domestic waste water with a capacity of 12 m3 / h.

NPS B. Sosnova:

• sewage treatment plant of domestic waste water with a capacity of 5 m3 / day.

Samara region Samara station of mixing of oil products ‘Samara’:
